Invoice preparation activity for HRControl, Pension and ZW-ERD components was handled inside Exact Synergy as a coordinated administrative workflow, with structured documents and approval routes supporting billing cycles. The system supported regular contact with consultants, enabling monitoring of whether work and contract hours were completed within set deadlines. Governance centered on administratively enforced workflows in Exact Synergy for new agreement intake, time confirmation and invoice generation, with role based permissions for consultants and back office staff. Reporting on work in progress, turnover and lead times was instrumented through Exact Synergy document workflows to provide consistent operational records for finance and project management functions.
