SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits was configured alongside core Employee Central and a broad set of talent modules, including Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding, Learning, Development, Organizational Chart, OrgManager, Succession, Performance, Reporting, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and the AskHR ticketing tool. Configuration work emphasized Employee Central as the authoritative HR record and mapped benefits eligibility and enrollment rules into the Global Benefits module. The implementation also included workforce reporting and analytics configurations to support benefits and compensation reporting needs.
The HXM Suite was deployed as a cloud delivered SAP SuccessFactors implementation with centralized configuration and role based access controls managed by the senior sysadmin team. Integrations noted in the implementation scope included the AskHR ticketing tool as part of operational support workflows, and reporting outputs were channeled through Workforce Analytics and SAP SuccessFactors reporting capabilities. Data model design centered on Employee Central control of core employee attributes to drive Benefits Administration workflows.
