Configuration work included chart of accounts design, ledger and subledger structures, AR/AP automation and fixed asset schedules to align transaction processing with month end close and statutory filing cycles. Project governance was executed through a dedicated project manager and functional analyst who oversaw configuration, testing and user acceptance activities and established handover procedures for ongoing finance support. Rose Pharmacy’s sister companies continued operating on SAP Business One, with functional support provided for those SAP Business One environments alongside the Oracle E-Business Suite Financials R12 deployment.
