Integrations and operational coverage included electronic data interchange to Bank of America to restore AP and AR flows in three distinct instances within Royal Canin US, and process changes to redirect sales orders to the distribution network to maintain customer shipments during a global cyber incident. The Financial ERP was brought back online across three United States instances and extended recoveries in Canada and Mexico, demonstrating multi-country instance management and cross-border operational scope. Governance and process transformation were formalized by creating a Master Data Team and an ERP Support Team, and by applying Software Development Life Cycle practices to document as-is and to-be processes, requirements and information flows. Royal Canin US designated subject matter experts to define business specifications and lead recovery and operational continuity efforts, outcomes that included being recognized for leadership in restoring order to cash and financial processing after the cyber disaster.
