Quadient Legacy Quadient Neopost IS-5000 Mailing System ERP Services and Operations n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. implemented Quadient Neopost IS-5000 as its central Mailing System to modernize mailroom processing and postage automation. The Quadient Neopost IS-5000 deployment centralized mail folding, postage metering, and sorting capabilities into the corporate mailroom infrastructure while serving as the primary hardware and software touchpoint for outgoing association communications. The project standardized the Administrative Assistant role across three Regions and produced an onboarding training manual used by the Regional Administrative Assistant role, the Customer Care team and the Administrative Services team. Process configuration replaced paper homeowner submissions with online forms for pool waiver requests, ACH recurring payment requests and homeowner waiver forms, integrating forms intake with the mailing and association communications workflow. RTI worked alongside an external Systems Engineer to review the ACC process for three Regions, aligning mailroom outputs to regional association workflows and records handling. A records storage cleanup was completed which saved 100 associations $22,500 per year, and mailroom efficiencies were created by executing new contracts with Neopost for a letter opener, folder and an upgraded postage machine. Governance changes included role standardization, documented onboarding curriculum and process documentation to sustain operations across regions and teams. Quadient Neopost IS-5000 functioned as the operational anchor for consolidated mail processing, forms intake and records handling within the organization.

Adobe Systems Legacy Adobe Acrobat Sign (formerly EchoSign, eSign & Adobe Sign) Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2020 2020
In 2020, RTI/Community Management Associates, Inc. implemented Adobe Acrobat Sign as a Digital Signing solution embedded on its public website. The implementation positions Adobe Acrobat Sign to capture legally binding electronic signatures for web-initiated agreements and consent forms used in the firm’s construction and real estate operations.
