In 2017, Sabesp implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0, deploying an ERP Financial solution to centralize corporate process information in a single database. Sabesp communicated that it adopted the necessary mitigation measures and expected a stabilization period while SAP ERP ECC 6.0 reached steady state.
