Operational and support responsibilities included installing and configuring applications across environments, handling production issues in WCF services, and maintaining data pipelines and database artifacts. The implementation directly affected sales and finance business functions supporting publisher book sales, aligning online purchase capture from the Online Book Store with invoice management inside Epicor ERP.
