The In-House ATS provides recruiter dashboards and role-based access controls for HR, hiring managers, and recruiters, and automates status notifications and candidate routing to support enterprise talent acquisition and HR hiring functions across Samsung Life Insurance in South Korea. Governance is centered on corporate HR processes with localized recruiter workflows and configuration managed by the in-house application team.

In 2015, Samsung Life Insurance implemented SAP S/4HANA Cloud for insurance as an Insurance ERP solution. The deployment configured SAP S/4HANA Cloud for insurance to centralize policy administration and financial record handling across Samsung Life Insurance.
Implementation work emphasized insurance-specific modules and financial controls, including realization of corporate Life and Health category modules, design of Withdrawal of Ack.B and Reset processes, and realization of financial undo and redo cbo functionality. Additional configuration items documented by an SAP FS-PM Consultant included automatic remittance account management design and dormant insurance management design.
Integrations were explicitly focused on electronic data interchange with banking counterparties, the engagement noted consulting and conducting of EDI with bank com to support premium remittance and account reconciliation workflows. The program was executed on site in Seoul, South Korea, aligning cloud deployment architecture with bank EDI channels and policy finance processing.
Governance and process workstreams included designing process controls for financial undo and redo operations, formalizing reset and withdrawal workflows, and instituting dormant policy handling to improve operational governance in core insurance and finance functions. The SAP FS-PM Consultant engagement from 2016 to 2018 performed realization and process design activities that extended the SAP S/4HANA Cloud for insurance configuration into production readiness.
