Operational coverage emphasized HR, managers, and employees as primary users, with the project consolidating data that had previously lived in multiple systems with little or no integration. The deployment simplified internal administration and reduced reliance on disparate sources by establishing CatalystOne HCM as the authoritative repository for individual and organizational records, while making those records available to relevant user roles. Governance and rollout were treated as a change journey rather than a solely technical project, with procurement requirements prioritizing a supplier willing to work in an agile partnership and align culturally with SBAB.
