The environment was integrated to orchestrate data flows between Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud modules, and internal bespoke systems, supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and finance workflows. Operational coverage included a global user base, supporting 3,500 end-users across 10 countries and seven time zones, reflecting cross-functional consumption of ERP Financial services.
Governance and application lifecycle ownership were centralized within the Systems Development organization, which maintained configuration control, release coordination, and application support processes. Business Systems Analysts provided ongoing functional ownership for Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, enabling consistent transactional processing and enterprise-wide process coordination.
