Configuration work focused on management reporting templates, account activity logging and the capture of Getpaid History Notes, and electronic customer file maintenance workflows. Standard AR Automation functional capabilities were employed, including automated aging and exception reporting aligned to the ten thousand dollar default threshold, plus workflow-driven collection task orchestration to enforce guideline and procedures.
FIS GETPAID was integrated with FACTS and the Electronic Customer Files to centralize customer records, collection notes, and history for accounts within the portfolio. In 2021, ScanSource implemented Vistex Price Management. The deployment targeted Price Optimization for its global wholesale distribution operations, centralizing pricing and finance workflows across EMEA and North America.
The implementation leveraged Vistex SAP margin optimization solutions and configured the SAP Data Maintenance pricing option to automate Special Pricing Agreement management, data cleansing, and chargeback and contract processes. Vistex Price Management was configured to reduce manual SPA entry and to streamline reconciliation and claim preparation workflows through centralized pricing data maintenance and automated pricing rules.
The solution was integrated with ScanSource SAP ERP systems to operationalize margin calculations, contract chargebacks, and pricing updates, supporting pricing and finance teams in EMEA with a subsequent North America rollout. Operational coverage focused on pricing and finance business functions within global wholesale distribution, consolidating SPA processing and pricing data stewardship.
Rollout followed a multi region sequence with Europe go live followed by North America, and included process restructuring for SPA entry, reconciliation, and claims preparation. Vistex documentation reports the project dramatically reduced manual SPA entry, improved reconciliation, and sped claim preparation.
