Operational ownership sat with centre finance and administration teams, with the platform supporting duties such as invoice approvals, purchase order accruals, month-end journals and BWise audits of administrative controls. Workflows and governance were configured to align with existing financial month close, bi-monthly forecasting, and tenant recharge processes, embedding Converga InvoiceMe into the routine operational and audit cadence of centre management.

The pilot onboarding pattern demonstrated fast applicant onboarding in less than 15 minutes and interoperable message flows across multiple banking participants and commercial landlords, with participating retailers such as MJ Bale and Gazman using the platform during the pilot. Governance and rollout were managed through Lygon 1B Pty Ltd, a stand-alone company jointly owned by the five founding members, with commercial launch occurring at the end of August 2020 and broader public availability slated for early 2021. Outcomes reported in the commercialisation narrative include reducing time to issue a bank guarantee from up to one month to one day and materially lowering fraud and error risk across guaranteed portfolios, while the platform roadmap includes expanding digitised guarantee types and exploring New Zealand and other international markets.
