Operational coverage included L3 support for more than 20 global business units, and the runbooks and support processes drew on team experience with Ivanti ServiceDesk and Airwatch MDM operations.
Governance changes emphasized ITIL procedures and automated workflows, supported by ATF regression testing to stabilize releases and changes. Outcomes explicitly reported in the implementation include driving ITIL adoption and reducing incident resolution time, together with mentoring and L3 support structures to sustain the ServiceNow ITSM environment.
