In 2016, Schreiber Foods implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system to support dairy production and a large global supply chain. The Oracle E-Business Suite deployment leverages Oracle Applications R12 and is positioned to manage inventory and warehouse operations across manufacturing and logistics functions. The implementation included Oracle applications R12 Inventory management and a Warehouse Management system, with WMS mobile application capabilities for load and unload jobs, trailer verification and inspection jobs, pick and put away jobs, and WMS unit LPN and 3PL labeling. The scope also covered a shipping documents application with signature pad integration and conversion of Crystal Reports into Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher reports and OBIEE dashboards for appointment and packaged raw material cost analysis. Integrations were implemented using the Oracle SOA integration toolkit alongside SSIS, OBIEE, BIP, and third party WMS and logistics applications, specifically integrating with Lean logistics appointment scheduling to create and update appointment schedules through SOA based APIs and interfaces. The technical environment included Oracle Database 12c, SQL and PL/SQL development, Forms 11g, Oracle Reports 11g, Oracle SOA, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, OBIEE, Informatica, Loftware label solutions, Oracle APEX 5.0, and UC4 for job monitoring and scheduling. Project governance and operational responsibilities emphasized application engineering and support, including development of test scripts, SQL and PL/SQL programs, packages, stored procedures, functions and triggers to extend WMS mobile applications, creation of BIP data models and OBIEE design documents, and building Loftware based label formats. The program also included DBA level SQL query optimization and performance tuning, ongoing customer and user support for Oracle applications R12 Inventory management and the warehouse management application, and orchestration of integration workflows to sustain appointment scheduling and WMS job processing.

Workday Legacy Workday Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2016 2017
In 2016, Schreiber Foods implemented Workday Benefits for Benefits Administration. Workday Benefits was deployed to centralize employee benefits records and to operationalize processes for FMLA and LOA paperwork, job change processing, and wage and benefits updates within HR. Functional use included generation and tracking of corrective action paperwork and the creation of benefits and leave transactions that align with site level HR procedures. The Workday Benefits deployment was adapted to support role based access for department heads who shared responsibility for training, policy updates, and benefits-related documentation. Operational coverage extended across Schreiber Foods plant sites where HR and Environmental Health and Safety staff interfaced with the system, including recorded usage at Fullerton and Mount Vernon locations. Workday Benefits was integrated with Kronos for timekeeping and attendance data exchange to support leave administration and wage adjustments, and governance changes included modifying job change and benefits workflows to comply with union rules and local labor requirements.
