Intuit Legacy Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise ERP Financial ERP n/a 2011 2011
In 2011, SESA Fleet Services implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as an ERP Financial application to centralize billing and payroll workflows for its Weslaco, Texas office. The deployment targeted company-level financial documentation and accounts processing for a 150 person professional services firm. Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise was configured to support core accounts receivable operations, invoice creation and posting, payroll processing, and standard financial reporting. The implementation codified processes for capturing and entering invoices into the QuickBooks company database, verifying customer payment of notes payable, and maintaining accounting records. Operational ownership was centered in the billing department under the billing supervisor and assistant to the office manager, with coordination support to the office vice president. From August 2011 to July 2016 the team used a daily profit sheet created alongside the QuickBooks workflows to obtain company profit margins, while QuickBooks functioned as the central source of financial documentation and staff-level financial operations.
