In 2020, SFS Group implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform, migrating from SAP R/3 across a 27 country footprint to support global standardization of finance and controlling processes. The initial rollout focused on the SAP S/4 HANA finance and controlling modules FI/CO and targeted approximately 600 key users while establishing a roadmap to extend SAP S/4 HANA scope to product lifecycle management modules such as PLM, PLC and the SAP Product Content Hub for broader operational coverage.
SFS Group embedded the tts performance suite as a group-wide digital adoption platform to centralize knowledge and provide in-workflow, context-sensitive guidance for SAP S/4 HANA. The tts performance suite was used to produce step-by-step guides, eLearning, and documentation; about 40 authors were mobilized, and where content gaps existed the project team created 700 links to Confluence documentation accessible via QuickAccess in the tts performance suite to meet the go-live schedule.
Architecturally the deployment positioned the tts performance suite as a single source of truth surfaced inside users workflows, delivering role-specific, context-aware support across SAP S/4 HANA and other applications. The platform was configured to support multilingual packs and to interoperate with end user productivity tooling, including the Templafy template solution for MS Office and company-specific applications, enabling a consistent user experience across international sites.
Project governance emphasized rapid content delivery and operational readiness, tts software and learning experts were engaged early to run joint rollout activities, and the deployment concept was refined to allow content creation during normal working hours. The program staged content production so essential guidance was available at go-live and remaining guides were produced post-launch, enabling the project to meet its three month launch target.
Explicitly reported outcomes included broad end user acceptance, higher user competence and process dependability for the SAP S/4 HANA rollout, a centralized knowledge platform that reduced silos, more efficient onboarding, and reduced outlay on classroom training. SFS Group intends to extend the tts performance suite across an estimated 3,500 end users and additional strategic interfaces as subsequent SAP modules and application integrations are rolled out.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BW/4HANA | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, SFS Group implemented SAP BW/4HANA to establish a consistent, agreed-upon view of data as part of a broader SAP-centric target architecture. The Data Warehouse deployment was scoped to support a consolidation roadmap for two ERP systems and to connect two enterprise warehouse management systems while accommodating order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, make-to-stock and record-to-report process requirements.
SAP BW/4HANA was configured to provide centralized data modeling, master data harmonization and reporting for operational and financial processes, aligning with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Extended Warehouse Management in the proposed solution landscape. Four different realization plans were developed and evaluated during road map workshops, and two realization road maps were detailed with high level estimates of effort to guide implementation sequencing and resourcing.
Design artifacts and integration specifications identified explicit integration touch points between SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM and third party systems to consolidate warehouse and ERP data flows, supporting supply chain, finance, procurement and manufacturing domains. Seven on-site workshops assessed more than 150 business functions with business and IT representatives to validate data requirements, reporting needs and operational coverage across sites.
SAP Advisory Services and the Business Transformation Services group provided the methodology, workshop facilitation and advisory support that produced a business-driven target IT architecture comprising SAP and third party solutions. The engagement delivered a sound basis for decision making on system consolidation to SAP S/4HANA and positioned SAP BW/4HANA as the central Data Warehouse component within the recommended target architecture, outcomes that were rated with 100 percent satisfaction by study stakeholders.
