In 2016, SHEIKE implemented Block Afterpay as its Payment Processing solution on its public website. The Block Afterpay integration is embedded in the ecommerce checkout flow on sheike.com.au and supports installment payment authorization, buyer payment scheduling, and merchant settlement workflows for the Australian online storefront.

In 2017, SHEIKE implemented ReadyTech HR3 Payroll. The ReadyTech HR3 Payroll deployment addressed SHEIKE Payroll requirements across retail operations and corporate support functions, using the Payroll application to centralize statutory processing and employee lifecycle transactions.
Implementation scope included end to end payroll processing for 400 retail and support employees across 48 sites in five States, plus Head Office payroll processing for 50 employees. Functional modules implemented included employee onboarding and terminations, the payroll calculation engine, statutory reporting for PAYG and payroll tax obligations, superannuation processing, and payroll enquiries support, all delivered through the ReadyTech HR3 Payroll application.
The technical configuration integrated TimeTarget time and attendance data into ReadyTech HR3 Payroll to align casual and permanent time capture with payroll runs, and Microsoft Excel was used for reconciliation and ad hoc reporting. The deployment architecture centralized payroll processing at Head Office while ingesting distributed store-level time feeds, enabling consolidated payroll runs and centralized statutory payment preparation within the Payroll system.
Governance and operational changes focused on standardizing onboarding and termination workflows between HR and payroll, centralizing payroll enquiries and processing ownership at Head Office, and establishing controls for PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation payments within ReadyTech HR3 Payroll. Documentation and role-based access controls were applied to support consistent payroll processing across SHEIKE retail sites and corporate support teams.

In 2018, SHEIKE deployed Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP to consolidate finance and inventory control for a 500 employee, omnichannel apparel retailer with 42 stores and an eCommerce channel. The implementation centered on establishing Infor M3 as the primary system for financial reporting and inventory lifecycle management across retail and wholesale flows.
Configuration work included the deployment of the Infor M3 Fixed Assets register, and the configuration of core financials, inventory control, stock process management, and supply chain planning capabilities consistent with Manufacturing ERP functionality. Financial control workflows were embedded in the application to support monthly management pack production, budgeting and forecasting cycles, cashflow oversight, cost management, and FX hedging processes.
Operational scope covered finance, supply chain, merchandising, store operations, and the eCommerce channel, with processes instrumented in Infor M3 to manage stock ownership, store replenishment, and store level sales and gross profit analysis. The deployment was aligned to retail operational needs, focusing on stock process improvement and supply chain controls that span brick and mortar stores and online fulfillment.
Governance and process changes were led by the head of finance, who implemented new policies, a fixed assets register in Infor M3, and audit ready controls to support external audit procedures. Business partnering and centralized financial reporting were formalized through system driven workflows, improving month end reporting and operational cost analysis without further attribution of quantified outcomes.
