In 2015, SimonMed Imaging implemented Sage Intacct as its ERP Financial system to centralize accounting and to support corporate and acquisition accounting functions. The initial deployment targeted consolidation of accounting operations from four acquired businesses into a single centralized finance office and a unified Sage Intacct ledger.
Sage Intacct was configured with a multi entity general ledger architecture, a centralized chart of accounts, automated intercompany journal processing, and consolidated financial reporting consistent with ERP Financial capabilities. Configuration work focused on accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, automated journal entries for close activities, and period close controls to support consistent, auditable financial consolidation.
Operational coverage routed transaction feeds and subledger reconciliations from the four acquired entities into the centralized Sage Intacct instance, enabling a single consolidated close and reporting cadence. The finance team used Sage Intacct to manage calculations of contingent consideration and complex earn outs for several acquisitions, embedding valuation accruals and related accounting entries into the monthly close and acquisition accounting workflows.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout, including standardized accounting policies, centralized ownership of intercompany controls, and formalized close procedures to support the centralized office model. The program successfully consolidated the accounting functions of four acquisitions into a centralized office and the Sage Intacct accounting system while operationalizing contingent consideration and earn out calculations within the ERP Financial environment.

The UKG Workforce Central HR deployment centralized employee records and HRIS functions for roughly 1,200 employees in the United States, formalizing personnel data, compensation records, and payroll-oriented feeds.
Configuration emphasized Core HR modules including HRIS data management, payroll interfacing, benefits administration coordination, onboarding workflows, compensation management and employee relations case tracking. Integrations documented in the implementation included a third party benefits broker and vendor systems that interfaced with the Kronos HRIS, and the organization delegated FMLA administration to a third-party vendor to manage leave claims in tandem with the HRIS.
Operational governance was structured under a Senior Manager responsible for organizational structure, employment, compensation, HRIS and payroll oversight, benefits administration oversight, training and policy enforcement, and budget accountability, supporting managers up to the CEO. Process changes accompanying the UKG Workforce Central HR rollout included a streamlined onboarding process integrated with vendor systems and the outsourced FMLA workflow, a change explicitly intended to ensure consistency and timeliness of claims while maintaining the HRIS as the authoritative employee information system.

In 2017, SimonMed Imaging implemented Change Healthcare Emdeon ExpressBill for Revenue Cycle Management. The deployment focused on centralizing enterprise billing and patient financial clearance workflows within radiology operations and the revenue cycle organization.
Implementation included configuration of claims submission, remittance processing, and patient responsibility estimation capabilities in Change Healthcare Emdeon ExpressBill. SimonMed also configured and extended complementary Revenue Cycle Management applications developed in .Net and ASP.Net, including a custom .Net application that queried Change Healthcare via Web API to obtain patient benefits information and establish patient responsibility at time of service.
The integration architecture used BizTalk as the enterprise application integration backbone alongside custom .Net services and ASP.Net applications. Interfaces were implemented using HL7 over TCP/IP, SFTP file exchanges, and SQL-based data stores, with additional middleware built in Node.js and Express to format and forward HL7 payloads to an external billing company. The implementation integrated with the Radiology Information System and 60 plus Electronic Medical Records systems, and it leveraged Trumpia REST APIs to support SMS appointment reminder workflows.
Operational governance was retained by an internal IT development team that built and maintained the integrations, interface engine, and ASP.Net web applications that extend RIS functionality. Governance emphasized integration orchestration, interface monitoring, and sustaining the end to end Revenue Cycle Management processes across SimonMed Imaging.
