Financial configurations addressed core accounting ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and period end close workflows consistent with ERP Financial implementations. Logistics developments covered materials management, procurement related processes, inventory valuation and inbound to outbound logistics flows aligned with standard S/4HANA logistics capabilities.
The five month project schedule encompassed requirements definition, configuration and development, unit and integration testing, and cutover planning. Governance emphasis was placed on centralized change control and finance sign off for master data and chart of accounts configuration, with operational handover to finance and logistics teams following deployment.
