Front desk agent and front desk supervisor workflows were formalized within the system to standardize check‑in and check‑out, room assignment, and guest folio reconciliation across shifts. Operational handoffs extended the PMS to cross‑departmental processes rather than named technical integrations, coordinating workflows between front desk, player development, security, housekeeping and marketing for events and VIP management. The system supported player hosting activities through guest profile and comp tracking workflows used by player development hosts and was used alongside MS Office tools for reporting and staff communications. Governance around the application centered on process changes at the front desk and rooms operations, including a newly implemented VIP check‑in procedure, staff training programs, schedule and performance management routines for 20 plus front desk, bell and PBX staff, and formalized complaint resolution and disciplinary workflows. Supervisory use of Agilysys Visual One PMS was tied to daily operational control and coordination with the Rooms Division Manager and departmental heads. Outcomes documented in operational notes describe the system as instrumental in enforcing adherence to hotel and casino policies, enabling consistent guest service and supporting player development activities. Agilysys Visual One PMS remained the primary Hotel Property Management tool used by front desk agents, supervisors and player hosts to manage reservations, guest service workflows and VIP handling.
