HubSpot Adobe Marketo Hubspot CRM CRM CRM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, SmartRent, Inc. implemented Hubspot CRM. The Hubspot CRM deployment was undertaken to centralize marketing and lead management for the PropTech provider, addressing needs across Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales and Revenue Operations while aligning with the CRM application category. The implementation configured core marketing automation capabilities including contact management, lead scoring, nurture streams, drip and lifecycle email campaigns, and account based marketing workflows. Marketing operations workstreams were formalized, with the Marketing Operations Manager acting as Mar-Tech subject matter expert to identify standard operating procedures and automation needs for Marketing, Mkt Ops, Sales and Rev Ops. The migration replaced Adobe Marketo and mapped Hubspot CRM with Salesforce CRM, Drift chatbot, and ZoomInfo for lead enrichment and conversational engagement. The deployment operated as a cloud SaaS marketing and sales orchestration layer, with bi-directional data mapping to SFDC and connector-based synchronization to Drift and ZoomInfo to maintain alignment between marketing engagement and sales records. Governance and rollout focused on data hygiene and process redesign, including a Marketo audit and a data scrub that overhauled 100000 contacts and lead records missing information. The program delivered a complete migration of the marketing technology stack from Adobe Marketo to Hubspot CRM within two months, and included a revamp of lead scoring and ABM strategies to support ongoing Marketing and Revenue Operations workflows.
