SoftCo ExpressAP was integrated with Snap-on's existing ERP, Infor LN, enabling synchronization of invoice and supplier records between the AP Automation layer and the core financial system. The multi-instance architecture supported secure connectivity across Snap-on's global operational footprint and allowed the AP solution to conform to the company's complex organizational structure.
The go-live was led through Snap-on treasury and accounts payable governance, with business stakeholders reporting vendor support that understood the company's complex structure and guided process changes for more efficient invoice processing. SoftCo's security and compliance posture, including ISO27001 certification and SOC auditing, was part of the operational profile used to justify the platform for Snap-on's AP Automation deployment.

Operational scope extended across business unit leaders, corporate finance, IT teams and system users, with centralized administration of user provisioning and authorization tied to business roles.
Governance was formalized through recurring ERP security audits, segregation of duties checks when authorizations were modified, and creation of standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles for IT personnel and business managers. Change control and day to day support were managed through ticketing driven workload distribution, and security documentation was maintained to support internal and external audit fulfillment for the Infor LN Manufacturing ERP implementation.
