The scope included designing segregation of duties SODs, mapping users to privileges and roles, performing data integrity and system account configuration for integrations and migrations, and maintaining Oracle Cloud Privileges, Roles and Users administration as an ongoing operational function.
Integration and operational coverage accounted for system accounts and interfaces to support integrations and data migration, with knowledge of integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with Salesforce, banks and other third party applications using Oracle Integration Cloud or middleware identified as part of the implementation capabilities. Operational processes included managing service requests with Oracle Cloud operations, monitoring service notifications related to patching and updates, and coordinating system administration tasks that support enterprise integration points.

In 2015 Snap implemented MicroStrategy ONE Analytics to establish an enterprise reporting and visualization platform. The deployment delivered a centralized Analytics and BI capability supporting consolidated reporting and dashboarding across business functions.
The implementation emphasized migration and consolidation workstreams, including consolidation of BusinessObjects universes and reports into MicroStrategy ONE Analytics. The project scope included conversion of SAP Data Services and Enterprise Information Management pipelines to Pentaho, enabling ETL orchestration and data integration to feed MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
Operational delivery was managed by a project team of eight developers and analysts working in a matrixed environment, with direct collaboration between IT specialists, developers, and technical experts to address agency wide and specialized reporting needs.
