In 2018, Sobha implemented ZKTeco US Series Time Clock (Hardware) to manage time and attendance for Sobha Hartland operations in the United Arab Emirates. The deployment used ZKTeco iFace1000 biometric terminals together with BioTime 7.0 to capture employee punches and consolidate attendance records across offices and construction sites.
BioTime 7.0 was configured to provide biometric authentication, timecard consolidation, and reporting workflows aligned with standard time and attendance operations, supporting shift schedules and site-level clocking for a construction workforce. The ZKTeco US Series hardware was deployed for on site biometric enrollment and local data capture to ensure continuity of attendance logging at remote project sites.
Operational coverage included multiple UAE offices and active construction sites under Sobha Hartland, with HR using BioTime 7.0 outputs to generate payroll reporting and perform attendance reconciliation. Centralized administration of attendance data and device enrollment reduced fragmentation of time records and established a single source of attendance information for HR and payroll processes.
Rollout emphasized standardized attendance capture procedures and centralized governance through BioTime 7.0, with device-level controls for user enrollment and punch validation. Vendor case materials indicate the implementation improved attendance capture and payroll reporting accuracy for Sobha Hartland.
