In 2014, Sodastream implemented Synerion Workforce Management as a Workforce Management deployment for its global HR organization based in Israel. The project was delivered by Synerion via its Talent Management Lumesse offering and was scoped as an HR and talent-management initiative to centralize core workforce processes.
The implementation configured Synerion Workforce Management performance-management and learning modules to centralize performance reviews, recognition, and training for approximately 1,700 employees. Workflows emphasized goal setting, appraisal orchestration, learning administration, and recognition processes within the application, aligning standard Workforce Management functional terminology with Sodastream HR practices.
Operational coverage focused on Sodastream's HR and talent management functions operating out of Israel with enrollment of the global employee segment included in the rollout. Governance changes consolidated review cycles and standardized recognition and training processes across the covered population. Synerion reported that the deployment improved alignment of individual and organizational goals and enabled clearer talent identification and reward outcomes.

In 2018 SodaStream implemented Pepperi Retail Execution to standardize a cloud SaaS B2B sales platform for retail execution and guided selling, aligning sales and store operations under a single application. The Pepperi Retail Execution deployment addressed Retail Management needs and was selected alongside NetSuite to support order and commercial data alignment across sales and finance processes.
Pepperi Retail Execution was configured to support guided selling, shelf and planogram management, and in-store order capture, with workflow controls for planogram compliance and merchandising activities. The cloud SaaS architecture delivered field rep workflows and manager dashboards for operations monitoring and planogram enforcement.
Rollout began in the United States then expanded to northern Europe and Australia, covering retail teams and B2B field sales operations. Integration with NetSuite aligned transactional and master data between front line store execution and back office commerce processes. The implementation improved rep onboarding, provided managers with richer operational data and enabled consistent retail execution and planogram compliance across regions.
