The OTC scope covered multiple order types including standard orders, marketing samples, consignment orders and returns, and incorporated ATP and ARUN process changes to better align order release with the production order release cycle. The SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) environment was integrated with Arena, Atlas, Demandware, Cyber source and QSSI to support PLM, storefront, payment and ancillary interface flows. Interface work encompassed order response and shipment notification messaging and bespoke program development to support automated processing, including a new release rule to make ARUN more efficient for different customer groups. Governance and delivery were driven by coordinated design and testing cycles between Speck business analysts and programmers, with operationalizing of release rules and automated ARUN routines part of the rollout. The implemented changes explicitly streamlined ATP and ARUN processing to make ARUN more efficient and to better meet customer demand.
