Phase 3 configuration emphasized financial and procurement modules, inventory control, and vendor master management, with business process reengineering to define to be workflows and data conversion activities executed as part of the Advantage Financial & Procurement rollout.
Operational coverage was statewide across Alaska agencies, with the Alaska Department of Administration Division of Finance responsible for development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of IRIS, and Enterprise Technology Services providing supporting services.
