The Finance Integrated Solutions Team drove system configuration, unit and integration testing, and cutover planning, applying SAP configuration best practices and finance process harmonization throughout implementation phases.
Deployment and operational coverage were managed by a global Finance Integrated Solutions Team of 19 employees located in four countries, functioning as an intermediary between IT, accounting and business stakeholders. The implementation scope explicitly covered operations finance and cross-regional finance processes, and local business analysts including a Senior Business Analyst based in Grand Rapids, MI contributed requirement definition and validation for country and site level configurations.
Governance centered on a finance-led program approach, where business process owners and the Finance Integrated Solutions Team coordinated requirements, configuration governance, testing protocols, and rollout sequencing.
