Operational coverage included deskside and remote support across resort sites, cluster IT leadership supporting teams of six to nine IT engineers, guest wireless network management, CCTV backup verification and FortiGate firewall rule and policy management to protect transaction and guest data flows. Governance and operational controls were maintained through a ManageEngine service helpdesk ITSM portal powered by the Zoho Corporation for asset inventory and ticketing, quarterly preventive maintenance cycles, vendor and license management, server patching and antivirus management, and internal IT room audits. Day to day operations included ticket lifecycle management, SQL mirroring monitoring, server application patching and routine backups to sustain Microsoft Dynamics NAV availability for finance and guest-facing business functions.
