ECI Deacom ERP was configured to support MRP driven production scheduling, inventory management, order-to-cash processing, and financial transaction processing, together with custom report development and user defined fields and forms. The project brief identifies development and maintenance of custom reports, creation of standard work and documentation of use policies and procedures, and ongoing continuous improvement as primary system configuration and operational activities.
The implementation included definition of integration requirements between ECI Deacom ERP and other system applications, with the ERP Super User responsible for assisting development and testing efforts.
