In 2016, Stradivarius Spain implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform to standardize core finance and inventory accounting across the retail group. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment targeted centralized financial ledgers while supporting subsidiary-level operational requirements within the company structure.
The implementation concentrated on the leases process, sales and bank reconciliation process, and stock assessment process, with configuration work focused on financial posting rules, reconciliation workflows, and inventory valuation controls. Functional systems support was established to manage day to day transaction processing, master data governance, and ongoing configuration updates for the ERP Financial environment.
Operational coverage included rollout across Stradivarius subsidiaries, aligning subsidiary chart of accounts and reconciliation cycles to the centralized SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance, and embedding sales-to-finance and bank posting workflows into month end close sequences. The design supported standard ERP Financial capabilities such as lease accounting workflows, automated bank reconciliation routines, sales reconciliation circuits, and inventory assessment processes feeding the general ledger.
Governance comprised a combined central configuration function and localized functional support to supervise subsidiary implementations and maintain consistent financial controls. Ongoing functional systems support was planned to sustain the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 configuration, address process exceptions, and coordinate cross-subsidiary finance process alignment.

In 2015 Stradivarius Spain deployed Meta4 PeopleNet as its Core HR platform across its brands and subsidiaries. The department led a coordinated program of country projects covering Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties, Zara Home and Uterqüe, gathering specific local requirements and designing a global template to standardize HR processes and configurations.
The implementation focused on configuring the global Core HR template, producing and validating functional specifications, executing testing scripts and performing onsite implementations. The team functioned as business analysts, mediating requirements between business stakeholders in each country and the global IT department, and reviewing and validating the functional documents created by IT prior to rollout.
Operationally the program spanned multiple countries and all listed brands, with the department providing ongoing support to Human Resources areas for discrete projects and recurring data needs. Support responsibilities included data extraction and analysis, creation of ad hoc reports and targeted information findings to satisfy local HR information requests while maintaining the global template.
Governance and process controls were enforced through template governance, formal functional document reviews, testing protocols and an onsite implementation cadence, with the department retaining liaison responsibility between business and IT. The role additionally included planning, analysing and developing the human resources strategy, associated budget and future projects to sustain the Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR framework.
