The deployment was positioned to run on premise, in a secure private cloud environment, or via secure SaaS delivery, reflecting flexible architecture choices for hosting and operations.
FIS GETPAID was configured to support core modules for credit control, cash reporting, and collections orchestration, with the embedded FIS Predictive Metrics risk scoring solution used to drive collections prioritization. The implementation also leveraged FIS capabilities to accumulate and analyze financial data to inform financial planning and forecasting, and to connect with a decision support system for credit and collections decisioning.
Integration tasks included extracting, transforming and loading receivables data from spreadsheets and database tables using Info view and SQL, and provisioning data feeds into the decision support environment. The technical architecture therefore combined ETL pipelines, the GETPAID application layer, and secure deployment options to serve finance, credit and collections teams.
Program governance and rollout responsibilities were managed through a business to technical liaison model, with detailed narrative use cases, UML artifacts and process flows created in MS Visio. Functional and non functional specifications and scenarios were produced using iRise, supporting configuration, testing and collections prioritization workflows within the FIS GETPAID AR Automation implementation.

Custom pay rules and tailored work rules were created to accommodate transfer scenarios and to ensure accurate gross pay calculations.
Integrations were executed using Workforce Connect and Kronos WIM, with WIM inbound interfaces for employee master data and outbound interfaces for payroll hours and wage data. Workforce Device Manager was managed as part of production support for timeclocks and device orchestration. The integration layer updated payroll and general ledger systems through Workforce Connect, and a migration effort moved Time Attendance and Payroll processing from MS Excel to an automated system.
Project governance included a gap analysis to validate requirements and the development of processes that calculated gross pay and updated payroll and ledger systems. Stabilization and ongoing production support covered device analysis, interface monitoring, pay rules maintenance, accruals administration, report generation and wage profile management. Delivery included configuration changes, parallel testing, stabilization of Kronos 8 and continued functional and technical support for the Core HR environment.
