Genetec Sipelia was used to instrument help points and operator workstations, creating an integrated communications layer that sits with CCTV monitoring functions.
The solution integrated with CCTV systems and video intercom help points across approximately 300 stations in New South Wales, delivering unified monitoring for more than 13,000 cameras and 800 help points. Operational coverage focused on transit security and operations teams in the Australia region, consolidating monitoring and incident handling into a centralized operations environment.
Rollout emphasized operational standardization and reduced operator training friction through a single communications management interface, improving situational awareness across the network.
