Cisco Systems acted as the SI VAR for the programme and third party supplier management explicitly included Microsoft and Quantiq. The deployment was organized as a global programme structure coordinating multiple vendor touchpoints and application delivery streams while supporting legal entity carve out and operational continuity requirements.

Governance and operational handoffs emphasized data stewardship and business partner validation, with HRIS analysts cleansing datasets and coordinating anomaly resolution before migration. Ongoing workflows were structured to capture live personnel changes and to ensure validated HR and pay data fed into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources as the centralized Core HR capability.
