The solution architecture emphasized integration orchestration and secure data flows to maintain consistency across 220 operating companies, while enabling role based access for accounting and finance users. Operational coverage included accounting leadership and distributed finance teams who consumed integrated financial data for reporting and control.
Governance centered on ERP Management processes, with a formal prioritization workflow led by accounting leadership to triage end user requests and identify areas for improvement. The support team managed ongoing configuration changes and release coordination across the six modules and the multi-currency environment, maintaining centralized control of business rules and operational readiness for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
