Governance and process changes included enforced PO reauthorization for any change, bin-level restrictions in the warehouse module to uphold quality checks, and automated statutory and consumption reporting to remove manual reconciliation. As a result, Team Thai reports improved data traceability, reduced paper-based work, elimination of manual reconciliations between sales and finance, faster transaction velocity, and reduced operational costs while using Microsoft Dynamics NAV to support inventory management and financial operations.
