Personnel issued and followed up on work orders in IBM Maximo and performed storeroom check-in and check-out operations and cycle counts through IBM Maximo, while staff produced reports and managed BOM-related data as part of maintenance and production workflows.
Operational coverage centered on the Asheboro site, impacting maintenance coordination, production floor inventory control, quality inspection workflows, and administrative support activities. The system supported cross-functional collaboration with engineering activities related to DOE and Six Sigma projects by providing work order visibility, asset records, and transactional inventory data.
Governance and process changes included formalized issuance and follow-up of work orders, written procedures for storeroom and quality checks, and inventory control practices such as cycle counts and transaction logging in IBM Maximo. Technimark used IBM Maximo for Enterprise Asset Management to centralize maintenance and inventory workflows and to provide a single system of record for asset and storeroom transactions.
