In 2021, Teknos implemented IFS ERP as an ERP Financial solution by upgrading to IFS 10 to support a global manufacturing and distribution footprint. The implementation covered more than 1,500 users worldwide in manufacturing, logistics, sales and financial management, reflecting Teknos operations across Europe, Asia and the United States and multi supplier supply chain complexity.
Governance emphasized remote project management and coordinated stakeholder engagement due to pandemic constraints, Aveso acted as partner for program management and consultancy while Teknos maintained active dependency identification and risk management. The program completed the IFS 10 upgrade in May 2021, and Teknos reported that process efficiency and productivity were supported through the developed automations and usability enhancements, while the pandemic environment required innovative remote delivery and tight cross supplier collaboration.
