Scope and Challenges
To help improve patient outcomes, healthcare providers depend on innovations from Terumo BCT to develop new, cutting-edge medical devices that advance the medical treatment of serious diseases. Terumo BCT wanted to support its expanding global business. To achieve this, HR needed to provide more accessibility and self-services for employees and managers than its previous systems could support. Deloitte helped speed the deployment of SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions across 56 countries in 10 months. Now HR runs with connected, mobile, self-service processes and live data. E-learning will soon be available on any device, equipped to track progress in real time and provide accurate, timely reporting. This will allow Terumo BCT to support its employees efficiently as it expands to provide the medical devices required by healthcare providers worldwide to improve the lives of their patients.

Now Terumo BCT has a suite of integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that support everything from recruiting and onboarding to learning and talent management. Data is collected and centralized using consistent processes, resulting in new levels of operational efficiency.
