Architecture was delivered as a cloud native SaaS tenancy of Oracle NetSuite ERP, with implementation work focused on data model alignment, role based access controls and audit trail configuration to support finance, treasury and accounting operations. Operational coverage centered on corporate finance teams and transactional accounting functions across Thames Water, with the system supporting statutory reporting cycles and consolidated financial statements.
