In 2017 DTCC implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform for enterprise back office Finance and Treasury. The deployment used Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS components to centralize core financial processing and support integrated finance, treasury and analytics functions across the organization.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured with Fusion ERP Financials and Fusion Procurement alongside Oracle EPM for planning and close orchestration, and Oracle Analytics Cloud backed by Autonomous Data Warehouse for reporting and analytics. The implementation included standard ERP Financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and procurement flows, complemented by EPM planning and close capabilities and low code integrated APEX applications to address functional gaps.
Integrations were explicit and substantive, linking Oracle Cloud ERP to an FIS Integrity Treasury Cash Management platform and SWIFT connectivity to more than 25 global banks, plus trading and FX portals. General ledger integration consolidated treasury cash and investment feeds into Oracle Financials, while Oracle Analytics Cloud and Autonomous Data Warehouse provided the analytical platform for finance and treasury analytics.
Operational ownership and governance resided with an internal finance and treasury systems team responsible for end to end business and technical solution design, configuration, integration and support. The implementation focused on reshaping finance and treasury workflows, embedding low code fixes for process gaps, and establishing cloud based governance for ongoing configuration and change control.
