Governance and rollout focused on proactive management of centralized shared tool services, structured patch and upgrade processes, and formal UAT validation for the RISK application with both GUI and backend data checks. The implementation narrative centers on ALM platform configuration, integration adapter enhancement and governance of shared testing infrastructure rather than functional outcomes.
