| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Kraft Foods deployed FIS GETPAID as an AR Automation platform to centralize accounts receivable workflows. The implementation supported a portfolio of 120 business to business accounts with revolving receivables exceeding $50MM and targeted collections, dispute and deduction processes across the enterprise.
FIS GETPAID was configured to manage collections workflows, cash application, deduction and claims handling, and consolidated receivables reporting. Configuration emphasized automated exception routing and rule-driven identification of high credit exposure to support targeted collections and account remediation consistent with AR Automation capabilities.
The deployment integrated FIS GETPAID with the company SAP ERP system for transactional receivable data, and leveraged SQL and Business Intelligence tools to produce variant database reports and analytics that identified problem accounts and trends. Operational coverage included customer accounting and supply chain teams, with FIS GETPAID serving as the reconciliatory application for orders, deductions and claims data.
Operational governance centered on a dedicated AR analyst function that maintained the 120 account portfolio, generated receivables reports, troubleshot user issues and conducted root cause analysis to eliminate process gaps. That role acted as the liaison between customer accounting, supply chain and other business partners to manage customer orders, deductions and claims within the FIS GETPAID AR Automation environment.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Kraft Foods implemented Workday Absence Management as part of its Absence and Leave Management strategy within the broader Workday HCM environment. Workday Absence Management was deployed alongside Time Off and Core HCM modules to centralize leave planning and operationalize absence tracking across HR and payroll functions.
The implementation included configuration of Absence and Time Off modules, creation of country specific time off and leave plans, and detailed business process configurations such as Job Application, Offer, and Convert Contingent Worker to Employee. Security design was enforced through Integration System Security Groups and role based security groups to control who can run and schedule integrations and to secure absence related transactions.
Integrations were built and maintained using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XML, XSLT, Web Services and SOAP, with outbound payroll integrations to downstream internal and vendor systems. The project used Core Connector Worker and document transformation to pull new hire information and XSLT to manage complex output mappings, enabling structured exchange between Workday Absence Management and adjacent systems.
Operational governance covered day to day functional support for core HR processes, business process management and security group administration, plus migrating custom reports across Workday tenants and validating tenant data. The delivery also included development of training materials and end user support, while managing Workday upgrade cycles to ensure current operation is not impacted.
