Governance was enforced through a records update protocol requiring in-person presentation of the physical Social Security card and updates inside Equifax LawLogix Guardian, ensuring the University captures required documentation before continuing pay processing. The implementation therefore ties the Equifax LawLogix Guardian HR Compliance instance directly to university procedures that preserve payroll continuity and maintain a compliant I-9 audit trail.
