In 2015, Tikehau Capital implemented Oracle E-Business Suite. The deployment targeted ERP Financial modules GL, AP, PO, AR, FA and Expense across the firm’s finance and procurement functions.
Oracle E-Business Suite modules were configured for general ledger structures, accounts payable workflows, purchase order processing, accounts receivable billing and cash application, fixed asset management, and employee expense processing, aligning to standard ERP Financial control frameworks. The implementation maintained an operational interface with Sage 1000 for Bq, Trie, Rapp., reflecting a dual-system pattern where Sage 1000 handled bank, reconciliation and reporting touchpoints while Oracle covered core transaction processing. Controls such as chart of accounts harmonization, period close sequencing, and approval workflows were core configuration focuses.
Operational scope covered corporate finance, accounts payable, treasury adjacent bank reconciliation activities and procurement teams within the 747 employee organization. Governance emphasis included finance process standardization, centralized master data for vendors and suppliers, and scripted month end procedures to ensure consistency in GL and FA posting. No implementation partner is specified, the narrative centers on module configuration, systems integration with Sage 1000 and finance governance rather than measured outcomes.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC) | Financial Consolidation and Close | EPM | Visea Consulting | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Tikehau Capital implemented SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC) as an on-premise consolidation platform, deploying a solution aligned to the Financial Consolidation and Close category to centralize group consolidation and close workflows. The deployment was executed under a national and international IT program based in Paris with an IT purchasing envelope of approximately €10M, and Visea Consulting engaged as the implementation partner for technical delivery and integration oversight.
SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BFC) was configured to support core consolidation capabilities common to the Financial Consolidation and Close category, including legal entity rollup, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, statutory and management reporting, data validation and mapping, and close task sequencing to automate portions of the period-end close. Configuration work emphasized chart of accounts mapping and consolidation rules to align fund accounting with group reporting requirements.
Integration work tied BFC to newly procured master data and market data platforms, specifically Data Management platforms NeoXam and Golden Source for master data feeds, and to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout for subsidiary general ledger feeds. Visea Consulting led technical evaluations and integration planning to establish ETL and data governance patterns between source ledgers, data management services, and the consolidation layer.
Procurement and governance followed a formal call for tender process, technical evaluation, and financial and contractual negotiations, with the IT purchasing team implementing a standard intellectual services contract and centralized license audits and renegotiations across the estate. The SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation purchase was part of a broader procurement program that included multiple software acquisitions and license optimizations, with the overall IT purchasing effort delivering documented savings of €3.5 million for the period.
