SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2008 2008
In 2008, Timah implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as an ERP Financial deployment at its Bangka site in Indonesia. The upgrade project ran April 2008 through June 2008 and targeted plant maintenance capabilities as part of the ECC 6.0 upgrade at PT Timah Tbk. The implementation configured the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance module and focused on the Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance submodules. Functional work included blueprinting, realization, final preparation, go-live, and post-go-live support, with SAP PM Consultant Andre Njotohusodo responsible for PM module functional testing across those phases. Plant Maintenance was implemented with explicit integrations to MM, FI, CO, and HR to support maintenance work order handling, spare parts management, financial posting and controlling, and resource assignment. These integrations aligned maintenance work order transactions to materials movement and costing in MM and to financial posting in FI and CO while linking labor and assignment records to HR data. Deployment governance emphasized staged test cycles and PM functional test sign-off during blueprint, realization, final preparation, and go-live. On-site execution at the Bangka client site included SME-led testing and consultant-led go-live support, with Andre Njotohusodo providing PM functional test leadership and go-live assistance for the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 upgrade.

SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) Plant Maintenance ERP Services and Operations n/a 2008 2008
In 2008 Timah implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) during an ECC 6.0 upgrade at its Bangka site in Indonesia, executed between April 2008 and June 2008. The engagement focused on embedding Plant Maintenance capabilities into the company's maintenance organization for the mining and smelting operations managed at PT Timah Tbk. The implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) covered submodules for Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance and included configuration of standard Plant Maintenance functionality such as maintenance planning, work order management, equipment master data and maintenance notifications. Functional activities during blueprint and realization centered on configuring PM master data, defining maintenance task lists and scheduling preventive cycles consistent with Plant Maintenance practices. Integrations were implemented with MM, FI, CO and HR to align material provisioning, cost posting, asset accounting and personnel assignment to maintenance orders. These integrations enabled maintenance work orders to consume materials from MM, to post labor and external service costs into FI and CO, and to reference technician assignments and qualifications from HR. Project governance was delivered through staged functional testing and support, with SAP PM Consultant Andre Njotohusodo responsible for PM functional testing during blueprint, realization, final preparation, go-live and support. Operational coverage was centered on the Bangka client site and the plant maintenance function, with the consultant performing functional test ownership and go-live support activities throughout the April 2008 to June 2008 upgrade window.
