Modules were configured to handle candidate-facing travel expense scenarios and invoice level tracking.
Operational ownership spanned recruiting teams organizing candidate travel, HR coordinating candidate logistics, and finance and accounts payable validating and processing reimbursements and invoices. Governance was established through approval workflows and policy enforcement rules within SAP Concur Expense to ensure consistent processing of candidate expenses and to enable regular expense and invoice report updates. The solution was used across Tivo operations in the United States.

Operational coverage centered on People Operations, HR Technology, and Center of Excellence teams who collaborated to validate data models and standardize metric definitions for enterprise reporting.
Governance and operating model changes emphasized internal consultancy, project scoping, and prioritized backlog management, with the People Operations Workforce Insights Analyst role partnering with Directors, VPs and IT to scope requests, synthesize insights, and automate or streamline data collection processes. The implementation aimed to improve data integrity and produce high quality, actionable data and metrics for HR and business stakeholders.
