The implementation delivered a unified SAP S/4HANA plus proaxia VSS platform, with integration between the proaxia VSS DMS and SAP S/4HANA accounting and master data domains to synchronize transactions and dealer master records. Proaxia Consulting Group provided the proaxia VSS application, and Edraky acted as a systems integrator partner in the Toyota Egypt rollout, which covered Toyota dealer locations in Egypt and aligned sales and aftersales business functions to the new platform. Governance followed a phased rollout, the first phase go live occurred in June 2023 after an 18 month rollout that began in 2021, enabling a unified SAP S/4HANA and proaxia VSS environment to improve pre sales and post sales customer experience and operational efficiency. The proaxia VSS Dealer Management System was restated as the central Dealership Management application in the combined platform to support ongoing dealer operational standardization.
