| Nexum Software | Legacy | Nexum WorkFlow | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2007 | 2007 | In 2007 Travis Perkins implemented Nexum WorkFlow in the United Kingdom to support accounts receivable, collections and contract-to-cash workflows. The deployment used Nexum WorkFlow as a Business Process Management platform with configuration focused on collections and order-to-cash orchestration, and integrations with accounting systems, with the stated goal of improving cash collection and reducing collections administration. Nexum WorkFlow was configured to manage collections and order-to-cash workflows, using standard Business Process Management capabilities such as case management, rules based task routing and workflow automation for dispute handling and escalation. Module usage emphasized collections workflow orchestration and contract-to-cash sequencing consistent with Nexum's contract-to-cash offering and public client listings. Integrations were implemented with core accounting systems and accounts receivable ledgers to exchange invoice, payment and reconciliation data, enabling finance and collections teams within Travis Perkins UK operations to operate from a centralized process layer. The implementation covered finance and collections business functions and synchronized transactional data to reduce manual reconciliation and administrative overhead in collections processing. Governance was centered on standardizing collections procedures, defining exception handling workflows and applying role based access controls to centralize collections administration within Nexum WorkFlow. The project scope and configuration aligned the Business Process Management application with Travis Perkins finance operations, aiming to streamline contract-to-cash controls and improve cash collection processes. | |
