| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Invoice | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Tulane University implemented SAP Concur Invoice as an AP Automation solution to centralize invoice processing and accounts payable workflows for its Facilities Operations & Maintenance function. The deployment focused on operationalizing invoice payments through SAP Concur Invoice and supporting routine AP tasks tied to department-level financial administration.
Configuration emphasized invoice capture and workflow routing consistent with AP Automation patterns, with staff processing Master Service Agreement work orders and invoice payments through Concur. The implementation supported accounts payable processing and the administrative handling of expense reports for department executives, while maintaining records such as injury reports and hot work permit documentation as part of operational controls.
The SAP Concur Invoice environment was operated alongside named systems used by the department, with MSA work order coordination performed using Livelink and routine report distribution driven from an Access database through MS Outlook. Operational coverage included Facilities Services employees, Project Managers and Contractors, and it incorporated governance touchpoints such as routing approvals, serving as a point of contact for contract changes, and notifying Fire and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, and the Department of Public Safety when hot work permits were issued.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Tulane University implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS as its Core HR application. The deployment and ongoing support were managed across three teams totaling 18 personnel responsible for Database Administration, Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and HCM support and development, and Business Intelligence.
Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS workstreams covered Core HR functionality and benefits administration, including management of the annual Benefits Open Enrollment program in 2019. The team executed an Oracle EBS HCM conversion, operationalized two-factor authentication for EBS, and maintained patch management alongside planned Oracle 12c upgrade work.
Infrastructure and availability efforts included an Oracle to Linux migration and implementation of Oracle Data Guard for disaster recovery, integrating database administration practices with application support. The environment ran Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS in tandem with Financials modules to support cross-functional HR and finance processes.
Integrations and adjacent systems under the program included Kronos timekeeping, Salesforce CRM where the team led a high-risk migration, Service Now used to develop the work intake and management solution, Kuali for grants management, Cognos for BI reporting, and SciQuest e-procurement. Operational coverage explicitly included support for critical annual business events such as Open Enrollment and fiscal year-end close.
Governance responsibilities encompassed software license and vendor management, sustaining relationships with business office leaders, and managing project intake via Service Now. Leadership combined project management and operational oversight, with documented outcomes including migrating an application instance in five weeks and realizing a $157,000 savings on the Salesforce migration, and delivering the Oracle EBS HCM conversion to production.

| Gravyty | Legacy | Graduway GradEngage | Alumni Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015, Tulane University deployed Graduway GradEngage as its Alumni Management platform. The rollout placed alumni engagement tooling under Graduway GradEngage and was operated through the university alumni relations function, aligning digital engagement with stewardship and outreach priorities.
Graduway GradEngage was configured to deliver core Alumni Management capabilities including searchable alumni directories, profile management, mentoring and professional networking workflows, event promotion, and donor engagement orchestration. The implementation emphasized targeted communication segmentation and campaign orchestration features to support sustained alumni outreach and relationship building.
Operational governance remained with Tulane's alumni relations team, which structured workflows for profile verification, engagement campaigns, and stewardship tracking. James Stofan at Tulane University reported that over 50% of alums using the platform are donors, a significantly higher number than the university's overall donor participation rate, indicating the platform's role in concentrating active donor engagement among participating alumni.
