Operational coverage extended across the holding group business units in Qatar and the GCC, and the program coordinated financial close and reporting workflows for all contracting companies. The project included close collaboration with external auditors and IPO advisors, coordinating a transition from auditors TAG to E&Y to complete the Group Financial Statements, and working with Deloitte, EFG Hermes, and GP Morgan Banks to assure IPO readiness. Governance changes emphasized centralized financial reporting, standardized budgeting and cash flow forecasting, and a group-level five year business planning process.
